Slouch Hat Chocolates has not charged freight since 2003 if product orders are requested through an RSL Club.
This has been our ongoing donation to a fantastic ANZAC RSL tradition that we believe is helping the Australian ANZAC community. A rough calculation of our contribution is $8,000 approx, so far. This donation, by our business, enables RSL Clubs to maximise their profit of sales which in turn benefits retired australian service personnel and war veterans.
Orders for products displayed on this website will only be taken via the website Shopping Cart. All sales are final. By confirming an order with Slouch Hat Chocolates you agree to this. When an order is placed with us, customers will receive an e-mail confirming their order. This e-mail will give details of the items you requested. However, this is an automatic correspondence that confirms the contents of your order. It does not guarantee that we shall be able to meet your order. Slouch Hat Chocolates will never knowingly send damaged or out of date products to customers. If you receive items that are not to your satisfaction please ring us on 1300 137 450.

We now process all orders received prior to 1:30 PM on the same business day as they are received. All orders received after this time are processed the following business day. Note before products are despatched the payment must be processed. The column on the far right of the table shows how many business days an item takes to freight.
